My Girls Place Jewelry is carefully chosen. As with all things special, you should take good care to protect your jewelry and keep it in a safe place when you are not wearing it to prolong it’s life.

Stainless Steel pieces will not tarnish, rust, or turn your skin green. They are also hypoallergenic. Although our jewelry can handle a normal amount of contact with water and sweat, we suggest limited contact for longer durability.

We take pride in using high quality for our pieces that are gold filled or gold plated and water resistant. We want you to enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible. To ensure your pieces last, please do not expose your jewelry to harsh chemicals such as perfume, saltwater, pool chlorine or any household cleaning liquids.

While we’d like to promise fast delivery, unfortunately we can not control any unexpected delays during the transit process. However, here is a little information for reference.

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and exchange the product for another one only, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 30 days of purchase, once the return is received we will issue a credit in the form of an online gift card.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopmygirlsplace@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will email a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Conditions: 

We do not accept returns on the following items:

- Sale category items

All products must be returned;

- Unworn and unwashed

- Tags attached

- Free from make up and fake tan

- Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Other Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 30 days of purchase, once the return is received we will issue a credit and a new purchase can be made.
