SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

While we’d like to promise fast delivery, unfortunately we can not control any unexpected delays during the transit process. However, here is a little information for reference.

  • USPS First Class Mail: 5-7 Business Day 
  • Priority Mail: Up to 3 Business Days
  • Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days

    * Additional fees for customs and taxes will be at the responsibility of the customer.

    **My Girls Place is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our main service provider to the local carrier in your country. 

    Returns:

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and exchange the product for another one only, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 30 days of purchase, once the return is received we will issue a credit in the form of an online gift card.

    To start a return, you can contact us at shopmygirlsplace@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will email a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    Conditions: 

    We do not accept returns on the following items:

    - Sale category items

    All products must be returned;

    - Unworn and unwashed

    - Tags attached

    - Free from make up and fake tan

    - Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Other Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

    Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 30 days of purchase, once the return is received we will issue a credit and a new purchase can be made.
